The cozy holiday home is located in the car-free complex in the Lauterdörfle holiday park in Hayingen and is an ideal place for your relaxing holiday with the whole family. The living room with wooden fireplace invites you to spend relaxing hours on the large couch. In the open, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, you can plan the activities of the day with a delicious breakfast or spend a fun game night with the family. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed, as is bedroom 3. Only bedroom 2 has a narrow double bed with a width of 140 cm. The lovingly furnished vacation home has two bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. The first bathroom can be accessed through Bedroom 1, and the second bathroom can be reached via a hallway. Outside, your children can play on the expansive property while relaxing on the covered terrace with garden furniture and two loungers in the sun and end the day with a cold drink. Two parking spaces are available per booking at the edge of the complex. Luggage can be transported from the parking lot to the house with a hand cart. In the holiday park, it is guaranteed not boring with two large playgrounds, mini golf course, open-air chess, ball court, games house with table football & ping pong tables as well as tennis court. On the three communal barbecue areas you can prepare delicious meals for a social barbecue evening. The Swabian Alb region is excellent for hiking and biking in nature as well as boating on the Lauter or Danube. Visit the Friedrichshöhle/Wimsener cave, the Biosphere Reserve in Münsingen, the cave worlds in Sonnenbühl or the Laufenmühle/ Wolfstal in Lauterach. For an excursion, main and country stud Marbach in Gomadingen are recommended for sightseeing or with changing events. The following shared facilities are available for a fee: washing machine, dryer, sauna from November *contact info removed* (without towels). Firewood can be purchased on site for a fee.
