The space Our 2-story, 3-bedroom villa is fully equipped for families, couples or groups up to 8 people, and has everything you need to just kick back and relax enjoying a stunnig view of the Aegean. Fully equiped kithchen, modern bathroom, sunny and airy bedrooms will provide a sense of living close to the nature. House is accessible via public road and parking is free very close by. Beaches can be reached driving only 15 min, while Dyo Choria village is a magninficent place to heve dinner or a drink enjoyoing the view from the most beautiful square on the island! LIVING AREAS First floor is combing an open-air fully equipped kitchen with the living room and provides breathtaking views of the island! Living area includes large picture windows looking out to the sea, flat screen TV, a dining table for 6 and a big comfy sofa, which can be converted into a double bed. BEDROOMS There are 3 bedrooms on ground level: 2 equipped with double beds and one more with an expandable sofa bed BATHROOMS There are 2 spacious modern stone bathrooms (1 on each floor) with hot water a hairdryer. LAUNDRY A washing machine/dryer, iron, ironing board and drying racks are available. THINGS TO DO A charming village with stunnig views to neighbouring islands of Mykonos (only a 30min ferry ride away!), Syros, and even Naxos on a clear day, Dyo Choria is located with easy access to all of Tinos’ traditional villages and beaches. A quick 20 min drive to the beaches of Lichnaftia, Santa Margarita, to the west, Livada and Kolympithra to the north and Aghios Fokas, and Kionia, to the south. Enjoy traditional tavernas in Dio Choria and at nearby villages Arnados, Triandaros, and Berdemiaros less than 1.5 km from Dyo Choria. Small scale wine making is having a resurgence with wine makers coming to the island to tend the historic ungrafted vines. During your stay be sure to sample local wines, visit small scale wineries, artisan cheese makers and the award winning micro-brewery Nissos to fully enjoy Tinian hospitality and artisanal products. Nature lovers are also well serviced here with amazing traditional hiking paths leading you to nearby villages, the mighty Rock of Exombourgo or the beautiful Venetian dovecotes – an area of extraordinary natural beauty, Dyo Choria is the perfect base for beach lovers, gastronomic experiences, nature lovers, walkers and architectural enthusiasts. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. Other things to note Dyo Choria village can be found north-east of Chora, near the village of Triantaros, 7 km from Chora. It is among the most beautiful villages of Tinos with a strong medieval character and breathtaking view to the neighboring Cycladic islands. The village is built amphitheatrically on the slopes of Mount Exobourgo, offering a clear view to the southern part of the island. Dyo Choria is a quaint settlement made of old white stone houses with colored windows and doors, stone paved narrow alleys and superb stone arches and arcades forming little passages through which the light draws magical shades. Bright colored flowers decorate the whole village like precious ornaments. On the little square of the village, one can admire some beautiful cave-fountains. Although Dyo Choria is one of the most beautiful villages of the island, we recomment to have a car or motorbike to enjoy Tinos' of extraordinary beauty and enjoy full experience to the maximum. You may find great beaches in a 10-15min drive. Feel free to reach out for any further advice! We would advise to refrain from drinking tap water. Bottled water will be provided upon your arrival but you should think of getting bottled water from a super market in case of running out. In case you need to have breakfast/lunch/dinner, there are some great place into the village. For supermarket and groceries, you need to visit Chora. Closest pharmacies are in Chora and Falatados. There is hot water available: you just have to turn on for about 20 min (then turn off) a switch with the indication "HOT" from the main panel of the ground floor, which is located right in the beginning of the staircase of the house. Please take care of not letting it turned on continuously and turni it off after 30'. You should note that nights at Dyo Choria might be chill even in the summer time and that nature is everywhere around. So remember to get a jacket or some warm clothes. Upon arrival, the house will be clean, the bed(s) will be prepared and towels will be provided. Kindly note that this is a pure non-professional AirBnB entry and not a hotel. Therefore, no reception, room service, linen change, daily cleaning or similar services are provided etc. You will find all cleaning material needed in the house, behind the glass doors into the 1st floor bathroom. Extra cleaning services may be provided at your own cost upon request in advance.
