We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Hessenheim, this charming lodging with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 8,000 m² as well as a balcony and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... - Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a king size bed (180×200) - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A shared (heated) swimming pool of 12×6 m, open from May to September and fenced (opening date not contractual). - A 5×1.50 m balcony overlooking a large park with trees and flowers, overlooking the pool. - A shaded terrace facing East, on the same level with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, shared with one of the cottages of 4×5m for each, separated by boxes of climbing plants. - A large enclosed park with trees and flowers of about 8,000 m², shared with the other gîtes. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron. There are dogs on the property, so pets must be on a leash in the park. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
