This condo is part of a 10 unit Juan Perdomo building. It has ocean views from every room except the master bath. It is located on a beautiful, peaceful residential street, only 3 blocks from town. You can walk to Sosua Beach, Alicia Beach and everything in Sosua. A car is not needed but we offer free onsite parking. This is a family-friendly building not for parties and not “chica friendly.” Guest access You will have exclusive use of the condo and shared use of the pool, washer/dryer and grounds. Other things to note Weekly maid service is included, only for rentals of less than one month
