The room is small and very comfortable. We have drinking water dispensers in the hallways. We do not accept pets. The space I have a building where I rent apartments and rooms per day. And this room that I rent is small and is on the first floor of the building. We have two parking spaces below the building or a few meters from it. Other things to note - If you need room cleaning, request it at the front desk or send a message via Airbnb before 11:00 AM - No smoking inside the property (you can smoke on the balconies). - No events or parties. Do not have outside visitors in the room. - NO PETS.
