The water in the front is shallow and is great for bird and wildlife watching. Park your boat on our dock or use our canoe /kayak to explore the beautiful Sturgeon lake, which is suitable & clean for swimming, fishing and water sports. Pleasant point public boat launch is 2 minutes away. The cottage has 3 large rooms with 1 king and 2 queen beds and a smaller room that has a bunk bed along with the washer and dryer. Pets are welcome (max: 2) - please note the property is not fenced in and we ask that you please pick up after your pets and do not leave them unattended (inside or out) There is a fire ban in the Kawartha region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials. GUESTS ARE TO TAKE GARBAGE AND RECYCLE BACK WITH THEM AT THE END OF THEIR STAY.
