If there are guests in the two studios, they will also have access. Other things to note (1) You will see that AirBnB list of amenities states no carbon monoxide alarm. This is becasuse there is nothing at the property that requires it. (2) Whilst there is no TV you can download Netflix onto your laptop as there is a strong WiFi signal. (3) There are steps up from the road and parking area. Once up the access to each accommodation is one step.
