Chulitna Lodge is 180 miles west from the nearest road (Anchorage) with fly-in access only. There truly is no better views in Alaska than the shores of Chulitna Lodge. Our nearest neighbor is about a 15mile walk! Beautiful cabins and great amenities make this the perfect place to come for a romantic getaway or a family adventure! We can provide guided trips focusing on every activity available in Alaska, from bear viewing and fishing to paddle-boarding, multi-day backpacking, and so much more! The space We offer very comfortable 'bush luxury' accommodations at a very reasonable price. The cabins all have incredible views, are single rooms with a bathroom in the cabin next door. The bathhouses are super gorgeous! We also have an amazing wood-fired sauna and people love to get hot and then jump in the lake! Cabins can sleep up to 4 (tight, but doable) and can be set up with twin beds, bunk beds, or a king bed. (For an additional very reasonable fee, your stay can include all meals and drinks.) We have excellent guides and provide fly-out service for hiking, boating, fishing, bear-viewing, and some of the most spectacular photography around. Chulitna Lodge also hosts an artist's residency program where 8 artists per summer are invited for 6-weeks each to live on the property and utilize our extensive shops to fulfill their visions.
