The windows allow for lots of natural light to brighten the living room and lift spirits. - There’s a cool and different desk nook set ups perfect for the remote worker or business traveler. - There’s a fantastic dining table in the living room that can seat 8 guests comfortably to enjoy your meals at home with great conversation and laughter. You can use this table as a workstation too if needed. - Direct access to the private garden where there are tables and perfect spots for enjoying a relaxing moment and some fresh air. - You’ll also have a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare meals at home. - There are 3 bedrooms of a provence design with queen beds in each room. - The bathrooms are sleek and functional, well-lit vanity areas and one of the bathrooms have a bathtub as well. There’s also a hairdryer provided. - As an added convenience to our guests, there’s also a washer/dryer available and an iron and ironing board as well to press your clothes for a business meeting or night out! Other things to note High-speed Internet, Smart TV, washer/dryer, bed linens and bath towels are provided free during your stay. Also two free parking on the premises. Long-term stays are welcomed with laptop-friendly workspaces in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveler. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - Pets are more than welcomed, a very friendly garden available to them. - Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
