This apartment is on the 4th floor of the building, accessed via either the elevator or stairs. LIVING ROOM: The living room offers vintage charm with its wooden floors and antique fixtures. Two comfy white sofas border the central lounge area, featuring a large matching rug and two-tiered coffee table stacked with stimulating reference books. Four smart armchairs are dotted around the room, and a TV set sits neatly in the corner. Two windows with light-toned curtains bathe the room in natural light; it is a relaxing space with carefully arranged tables, framed paintings and even a beautiful covered fireplace topped with two old-fashioned candlesticks. KITCHEN: The relatively modern kitchen is neat, offers a good amount of counter space and has its own two-person table and additional bench for eating. A window casts light over this neat space with its white and dark stone motif. Includes a wide range of amenities: kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge. DINING ROOM: This separate dining room feels like the private room of an opulent restaurant and hosts a large table with room for 8. The decorative rug underlaying the table matches several additional chairs in the corners of the room, and a gorgeous crystal chandelier with a golden floral affect presides over the scene. Find also impressive artwork on two of the opposing walls, and a handsome black and gold cabinet beside the table. MAIN BEDROOM: The master bedroom retains the quaint antique feel of other rooms in the property, with a double bed set in a yellow-walled room containing a desk in the corner by the large window and two wardrobes for storage. Find also another aesthetically pleasing covered fireplace topped by a giant mirror reaching up to the high ceiling, as well as lighting fixtures and further interesting artwork. SECOND BEDROOM: In this lightly coloured room, a trundle bed sits in the corner, splitting into two separate single beds. An inviting pink chair sits against one wall opposite from the elaborate array of shelves, cabinets and draws on the opposite side of the room. There is a large wardrobe in the corner of the room by the window, offering ample storage space. THIRD BEDROOM: A beautifully patterned navy and brown wallpaper overlooks the neat single bed of this room, which also houses a large wardrobe and window-side desk. Further storage space lies in the chest of drawers at the foot of the bed and shelves behind the head of the bed. FIRST BATHROOM: This immersive tan-stone bathroom offers a sink and bathtub.
