La Maison des Oliviers – Beautiful family home with pool

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Occhiatana, to less than 2 km of the sea, these charming air-conditioned houses with swimming pool, one of 100 m ² and a second of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travellers. They include a beautiful living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), an open kitchen equipped, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² and several terraces. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The space Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be hired from the concierge. The accommodation is composed as follows: The first house of 100 m² : - A living room of 50 m², exposed South West with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker... - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: two single beds that can form a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. The second house of 40 m² : - Room 3 (convertible into a living room): double sofa bed. - Room 4 : a double bed (140×190). - Separate toilet. Exterior: - A private swimming pool with solar heating, 7×3 m, 1.45m deep, an indoor bench, with a tarpaulin and fenced with a secure gate. - A beautiful closed and flowered garden of 1 000 m², a ping-pong terrace and an outdoor shower at disposal. - Two terraces of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days, one of them covered, facing South and North-East. - A terrace/balcony of 5 m² on the swimming pool. - A terrace of 12 m² on the level of the small house. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron. Other things to note - Free wifi available. - The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
