Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, furniture, or in the swimming pool. Pets must not be left unattended inside the property unless crated. Guests must ensure pets do not disturb neighbors (e.g., excessive barking). Repeated noise complaints may result in early checkout without a refund. Pets must be on a leash in shared or outdoor areas. Guests must properly dispose of pet waste in designated trash bins. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside and outside the property. Any damages, excessive shedding, urine stains, or lingering pet odors may result in additional cleaning fees or deductions from the security deposit. Service animals are exempt from pet fees but must comply with all behavior and cleanliness rules. ★ TOW-AWAY ZONE 🚗❌ Street parking is strictly prohibited. Any vehicle parked on the street is subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense. The property driveway can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars (depending on vehicle size). POOL SAFETY FENCE 🏊‍♂️🚫 For the safety and security of all occupants and visitors, the pool fence installed on the premises must remain in place at all times. Guests expressly agree not to remove, disable, alter, or otherwise interfere with the pool fence or any of its components under any circumstances. Any such action shall constitute a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. By booking this property, Guests acknowledge and accept that the pool fence is a mandatory safety feature and agree to assume all liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the removal, alteration, or misuse of the pool fence. The Owner and Management shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the Guest’s failure to comply with this requirement.
