If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The fireplaces are not available for guest use. - Please note that the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom currently only functions as a bathtub as the jets do not work. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Please note that guests may need to wait 2-3 mins for the shower upstairs to get hot. - Please note, this home is not located directly on the sand; it is one block away. - The front yard furniture has been recently replaced with new seating. Please note that the seating will be slightly different from what is shown in the listing photos. - Please note that the jets on the master bathroom's bathtub is currently out of order. - The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay. Parking Details: Garage fits 2 small cars or 1 medium/large car. Street parking. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
