Bluetooth speakers are available in the house. From the modern country kitchen you come directly to the terrace and barbecue, in the summer you will surely enjoy gathering here for nice dinners. There is a road leading to the house. You live on a beautiful lake property on Sweden's third largest lake, Lake Mälaren, with good fishing opportunities. A rowing boat is included, a motor can be rented. A motor boat can also be rented, life jackets can be rented. A ramp is available for loading and picking up your own boat with car trailer. You have access to the communal sauna and outdoor wood-fired hot tub. At the lake there is a bathing jetty with ladder and a large lawn. The nature around the house is wonderful and rich in berries and mushrooms. By car it is only 15 minutes to Strängnäs, a charming small town with beautiful older houses, restaurants, stores and various events. Sights include Strängnäs Cathedral and nearby Mariefred with Gripsholm Castle.
