Our Rocky Mountain Double Queen Rooms are perfect for those who do not have their own RV but want to experience the beautiful scenery at Mountain-Aire. Each room is well appointed with your comfort in mind. You will find a full bath, Mini-Fridge, Microwave, and Hot Plate. This is a great option for those that want the Glamping experience, a quick getaway, or a more comfortable alternative to camping. Go for a walk at the nearby Red Deer River, hang out with Friends and Family around the campfire, watch wild horses that frequent our grounds, get out for a ride on the trails. Whatever you end up doing at the end of the day you will enjoy the comfort and clean spaces that we offer in the Rocky Mountain Double Queen rooms. What do I get with my Rocky Mountain Double Queen room? Each room comes with Two Comfortable Queen beds outfitted with clean linens, blankets and pillows thoroughly cleaned after each stay, Full bathroom comes with Tub/Shower, Sink, Toilet, Towels. Mini Fridge Hot Plate Burner Microwave Electric Fireplace Access to Propane BBQ for cooking Steaks, Burgers, Etc Large Group Firepit area for sharing stories, making smores or roasting hot dogs Tables and Chairs outside of each room Rooms do not include: Utensils Plates Cookware Napkins Coffee machines/Coffee Food Supplies Drinking Water Please bring your own items and groceries for your stay. Recommend bringing your own drinking water as well. Water is on a well. There is also a spring nearby with good drinking water Please Note: Our Facility is a large campground with cabins, rooms, and campsites. We are located 2 hours from the Calgary airport and about a 3 hour drive to Banff. We are on the opposite side of Banff on the eastern slopes of the same mountain range. We recommend spend a few days at Mountain Aire where it is a much more peaceful and quiet atmosphere and then spend time in Banff where the pace is much higher and a lot more of a tourist area. Other things to note Rooms have Wi-Fi but it is not for streaming video and just to send or receive messages. It is a satellite Wi-Fi system so is limited to what it can do Guests will need to submit a reservation request and will be approved shortly after to confirm their stay.
