My Parents' House in the Balnearios and Grutas area

Beautiful cabin-style house, ideal for a weekend, rustic style but with all the amenities, Wi-Fi with 55" Smart TV, theater speakers and Netflix, palapa with kitchen and barbecue, large garden and a small pool with thermal spring water. Up to 20 water parks and hot springs available in the area, 4 of them you can walk to from the house. 1 hour from Tolantongo and La Gloria Grottoes The space Away from the city's saturation in the middle of a unique garden in the desert area and very close to the spas, even walking to Las Cuevitas Park, Las Pocitas, Dauthi and El Manantial. Less than 5 minutes to Dios Padre, Thepe and Tepathe. There is a small dirt road to get there. Guest access The entire house is rented and you will have access to everything. The land is large and nothing is shared. The house is equipped with everything you need. You can use the kitchen utensils and basic products in the pantry. Other things to note You can use the TV's Netflix to watch movies or series and use the home theater speakers. I also have a Blu-ray DVD. **I've been working on this house for a long time and there's always something left to finish, but the house is ready for guests. **It only has 2 bedrooms but I have 1 single mattress, 1 cot, a living room sofa and inflatable mattresses. **The downstairs bathroom is under renovation but can be used as a half bathroom ** I provide my guests with various things such as water, paper, shampoo and some kitchen items such as coffee, sugar, salt, dish soap, etc. **I allow pets but with restrictions and extra charge, please ask. **I try not to impose rules on guests and make them feel at home. The only thing I don't allow is smoking inside. ** Consider that there are many dogs in the surroundings, although 90% of the nights are quiet, sometimes they can bark a lot and be uncomfortable if you are very susceptible to noise, also the roosters, chickens and birds sing in the morning...
