Suite 4 - Updated 2 BR Unit (4 Min. Walk to Beach)

Surfers/ Fishermen/ Vacationers Enjoy! This completely updated 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit will not disappoint! You will not find a cleaner place in the area! 4-minute walk to the beautiful beach: Rio Grande Playa. Enjoy a beautifully renovated, comfortable & private interior with relaxing outside space as well. A/C units in both bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. 5 min drive to the Rincon Welcome Sign, & 7-9 min drive to Rincon center. 35 min from the Aguadilla Airport. 2.5 hrs from San Juan The space Guests have access to the entire unit, including full kitchen with stove, microwave, and coffee maker; and will have complete privacy while inside. On the grounds, guests share the yard, including a hammock, covered porch with outside shower, and seating with the other 3 units in the building. You will have 1 parking space inside the gate to park 1 car. If you bring more than one car, you may need to park it outside of the gate. Please note that there may not be hot water at all times. The water is solar-heated and on days that are cloudy/rainy and when all 4 units are booked, which is often the case, guests are likely to run out of hot water. We ask guests to reserve hot water for showers, but cannot guarantee hot water at all times Guest access There is laundry on the property, HOWEVER, it is reserved for guests who stay longer than 7 days. Please do not use the laundry unless you have prior approval from the host. We do have 2 sets of snorkel gear available for checkout when you are hear. Inquire about availability with the property manager! Other things to note It is understood that many flights get in late (or early in the morning) from Aguadilla. Check in time is 3PM. Guests are welcome to check in at any time they arrive after 3PM on their check in day. Please be aware that if your flight gets in at 1AM and you want to check in at 2-3AM, you will need to book the night prior to reserve the room. You will be able to let yourself in with a keypad. Approved pets are allowed with a non-refundable $50 pet fee per pet. Please inquire before booking to see if your pet is allowed.
