A two-story house with a 100 percent natural hot spring outdoor bath (completed in July, 2020) I can make up to 8 beds, but depending on the number of guests, you might have to share your bed with your friends or family. This house can accommodate up to 14 guests, and is located an 8 min-walk away from Yufuin station. There is 2 free parking spaces right outside the house. The space 1st floor：Living room with kitchen,Japanese style room, toilet, washroom, bath room,Outdoor Hot spring. 2nd floor：Western style room×3、 toilet 【About preperation for bedding】 Preparation of beddings are depends on how many guests will stay. ※I will prepare number of Pillows and Quilts for each person. 【About preperation for bedding】 ＊Number of bedding is depends on how many people will stay at my house. *I will prepare 1 pillow for each person who will stay at my house. ＊Futon mattresses are single size and beds are double size. ※Up to 9 people~14 people: 2 people sleep on 1 bedding. ・1 person：1 double size bed on the 2nd floor at western style room. ・Up to 2 people：2 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room. ・Up to 3 people：3 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room. ・Up to 4 people：4 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room. ・Up to 5 people：5 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room. ・Up to 6 people：6 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room. ・Up to 7 people：1 single size futon on the 1st floor at Japanese room and 6 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room. ・Up to 8 people：2 single size futon on the 1st floor at Japanese room and 6 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room. 【There are/ Please check the listing pictures】 《Kitchen》 • Refrigerator • Micro wave • Electric kettle • Induction heater 《Living room》 • TV • Table • WIFI 《Bathroom》 • Wash basin • Washing machine • Outdoor Hot spring • Inner bath room：Bath tub and shower. • Shampoo • Conditioner • Body soap • 1 face towel and 1 body towel for each person • Toothbrush and Tooth paste ※About towels and toothbrush. The children who are under 7 years old are free of charge, so I won't prepare amenities, so please prepare yourself. If the guest want me to prepare these amenities, please reserve as adult. 《Toilet》 • 2 Toilet with bidet both 1st floor and 2nd floor Guest access Whole House(No sharing with other guests.) Other things to note ★Check-in and check-out ・Check-in:15:00~　*If you might arrive after 18:00, please inform me in advance ・Check-out: ~10:00AM I installed Tablet PC at the room. You have to check-in with that Tablet PC. Do not disconnect the charging cable of your Tablet PC！ I will send details after confirm reservation, so please check it. ＊All the guests have to check-in with Tablet PC except kids who are under 7 years old. Also Japanese people have to register with Tablet PC. 【Cleaning】 ・Professional cleaning company will clean my house before Check-in and after Check-out. ・I won't clean the house while your stay. ・ If you need cleaning while staying, you need to pay extra charge, so please inform me by 15:00 the day before 【Towels】 ・One towel/bath towel will be provided for each person. *One ticket per person regardless of the number of nights. Additional services will be charged. ・Face towel: ¥200 ・Bath towel: ¥300 ・Bath towel/face towel set: ¥500/1 set If you wish to do so, please be sure to contact us at least one day before your stay. Requests made on the day will not be accepted. Separate washing machine detergent is available, so please feel free to use it. 【About Linen】 ・I will prepare Futon cover, quilt cover and pillow cover. ・I won't change the these covers while your stay. 【NO BBQ】 BBQ is not allowed. Please refrain from barbecuing anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors. The wooden deck on the terrace is particularly flammable. Please note that if any signs of BBQ use are found, a special cleaning fee and/or compensation for damages may be charged. 【The children under 7 years old are free】 ・I won't prepare towels, amenities for the age under 7 years old, so please prepare your self. ＊If you want me to prepare these, Please add your kids as adult. ＊You can't watch NHK TV program.
