Guest access There will be 3 areas in the house of no access: the garage, the master bedroom closet ( plenty of space in other bedroom) and closet to the left of the mirrors in upstairs bathroom. Other things to note • Please remove shoes at entrances of the home • If wet liquids spill on the hardwood floors please clean as soon as possible. • HRM By-Law requires noise to a kept to a minimum after 11pm AST • No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. • Please wash your dishes after use. Dishwasher detergent and dish soap provided. • Do not open the left fridge door and the dishwasher at the same time-denting of the fridge door has occurred. • The window above the kitchen sink does not open-please do not attempt. • PARKING: Driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. If more parking is required, please park parallel in front of the house where the bushes are. • There are three propane devices on the back patio all for guest use: Barbecue, fire place and heater. Please use caution when using any of these propane appliances. Please do not roast or put anything in the propane fire place - for warmth only. • The garage, master bedroom closet and one closet in the upstairs bathroom are secured and are not accessible to guests. • Occasionally, condiments or snacks are left behind by previous guests. Any consumable opened or unopened is the guests' discretion to consume these items if they wish. The host does not assume any responsibility for the consumables or any adverse effects they may cause. • Please do not rearrange furniture. The kitchen does have a leaf inside the table on the end closest to the patio door. Weight limit on chairs is 240lbs/104kg. • Adhere to septic tank instructions (paper bags and covered garbage cans provided for privacy). Info pages posted in bathrooms. • May use green box under kitchen sink for plastics recyclables. Alternatively, there are recyclable containers in the utility room. • If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation etc) please contact Air BnB host first to discuss.
