Four more bedrooms including the Primary Bedroom, with ensuite and private balcony, are located on the second floor. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that there is a crowing Rooster nearby, which may cause some disruption. - Pool heat is not available during summer months due to warm weather, but may be requested during cooler periods for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa heat is complimentary year-round. - Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. - Indio Escape is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and peaceful enjoyment of the property and community is expected and required. No parties, no loud get-togethers, no music outside, no smoking inside or outside - As of January 2022, the City of Indio requires the reservation holder to sign an additional acknowledgment form along with providing AvantStay with a valid government ID, license plate and vehicle information, and the names of all guests in their group. AvantStay will reach out after booking to obtain this information. - Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9 pm - 8 am (Sun - Thurs) or 10 pm to 8 am (Fri - Sat). - Amplified sound is not permitted to be heard outside the home at any time, per City of Indio regulations. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. - A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
