Perfectly situated in a quiet street right behind the famous Great Market Hall and just a few steps from the Danube bank and Liberty Bridge the location can’t be better. The space The apartment is on the 3rd floor (brand new elevator installed) of a beautifully renovated, protected building built in 1897 by Adolf Wittenstein, a wealthy fish and crayfish merchant (hence the extensive fish theme decoration on the facade). The apartment kept some of the old heritage parts like the original wooden windows with brass handles and the heavy folding shutters, at the same time we wanted to create something really unique. The floorplan incorporates the bedroom into the living room area (thanks to the high ceiling), there’s a flight of stairs leading to the queen size bed upstairs. The bathroom is under the sleeping area, the separate toilet is in the ante-room. There’s plenty of storage room in the flat also a separate closet that would take all the clothes and accessories you’d have. The same room has a vanity table with mirror as well as high tech built in washer and dryer.
