Chalet is located in a peaceful hamlet at the foot of Margériaz, family relaxation and/or sports stay in any season! 15 minutes from La Féclaz resort, 20 minutes from Margeriaz (Nordic skiing, alpine skiing, snowshoeing, sled dogs in winter; mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, swimming in summer Lake Thuile, 20 minutes away, will delight young and old on hot summer days. Large grounds and exceptional view Norwegian bath included The space The chalet, terrace and large garden are entirely at your disposal. Sleeps 15: 4 bedrooms, each bedroom has its own shower and sink area! Breakdown: -2 bedrooms with bathroom: shower+sink - 1 bedroom with shower room: shower + sink, toilet - 1 bedroom with shower, sink, toilet + 1 toilet downstairs only. Large fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, lounge with TV several sofas and armchairs, laundry room with large storage for your sports belongings, laundry and dryer, baby equipment... You have the option to store sports equipment (skis, bikes...) in our closed outdoor shed. No pets allowed. Sound parties, stamen stag and stubborn parties are prohibited. The chalet is located in a small quiet hamlet, the tranquility of the neighbors who live here year-round is a priority. The deposit or even check-in may be denied to you if this is not respected. Weekend hours: arrival 5 p.m. on Friday, departure 5 p.m. maximum on Sunday.
