Just minutes from the idyllic Waidsee lake, a spacious, light-filled attic apartment with a balcony awaits you. Perfect for relaxing after excursions or business meetings, whether with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The space 🛏️ The cozy bedroom features two comfortable double beds (1.60 m and 1.40 m) as well as a spacious wardrobe – perfect for restful sleep and longer stays. 🛋️ The expansive living and dining area combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, workspace, and a comfortable sofa corner – ideal for cooking, working, or simply relaxing. 🛁 The modern daylight bathroom with bathtub is brightly tiled and leaves nothing to be desired – whether you prefer a soothing soak or a refreshing shower. ☀️ And the best part: the balcony offers a peaceful view of the quiet neighborhood, making it the perfect place to unwind – with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Guest access The entire second floor is exclusively available to our guests. Access is via a shared staircase in our two-family townhouse. On the way to the apartment, you will only pass closed doors leading to our private living area – your privacy is, of course, fully respected. Just a few steps from the house, you’ll find plenty of free parking options. Please feel free to park along the street.
