The open plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto the timber deck complete with a day bed and chairs, with stunning views of surrounding mountains. Bedding Configuration: Bed 1 - King Bed Bed 2 - 2 x Single Bunks Bed 3 - Queen bed All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels. This property's superb location makes it the perfect location to walk to town as many times as you like. Pricing for this property is based on a 4-person base rate. Additional guest surcharge per person per night applies. WiFi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider. Bright Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors. Bunk Beds: *Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed* Parking Info: You're welcome to park up to 2 cars in the driveway. If you have additional cars (more than 2), kindly park them on the road. Pets welcome! - 2 Minutes by Bike has a fully fenced yard allowing you to bring along your furry friends. You are required to please notify Bright Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable. Strictly a maximum of 2 fury friends per property. Pets are not to be left unattended at a property for any period of time. It is your responsibility to clean up any pet droppings before vacating a property, additional fees will apply if this is not done. Pets are not allowed on any soft furnishings in the accommodation. Please bring their own beds and blankets as required. Professional dry-cleaning charges will apply for any pet hair found on soft furnishings, soiled carpet or soiled soft furnishings. * No smoking * * Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September. You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself. The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *. Cleaning Policy For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concerns within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewithin 24hrs of arrival. We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
