It is a centrally located apartment. The train station, supermarket and bakery are in approx. 5 minutes' walk. The train would run hourly. The old town of Tölz is about 10 minutes' walk. Living space: 70 sqm Terrace: 60 sqm Room 1: double bed 180 × 200 cm Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90 × 200 cm Fifth sleeping option is in the living room: 90 × 200 cm extra bed (this sleeping option is set up and provided upon request) As a special service, we will gladly provide you with a free children's travel bed on request. Other things to note Cross-country ski trails can be reached in 1-2 minutes on foot and ski and snowboard trails can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Beautiful bike and hiking trails are numerous in Bad Tölz and the surrounding area. There are several large lakes nearby. (e.g. Tegernsee, Kochelsee, Sylvensteinsee and more) We recommend the Kristalltherme directly on Lake Kochel with a spacious sauna area. Tourist tax is to be paid in cash on site.
