Can fit up to 3 persons comfortably. Unique mid-century property in the heart of Santurce's up and coming Loiza Street area. BEDROOM The spacious bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2 night tables and is equipped a flat screen TV with cable service. Both a quiet air conditioning system and a ceiling fan are provided. There is plenty of storage in the closet's shelving system and full dresser (6 drawers). An iron and ironing board are also included. KITCHEN Enjoy the flexibility of cooking your own meals! This apartment is walking distance to major grocery stores in the area and is equipped with refrigeramaker, toaster, cooking pans & utensils, dishes, flatware & glassware. The ceiling fan provides for comfortable meals at its eat-in kitchen counter. COMMON AREA This space is open to the kitchen and provides additional seating for meals or relaxation after a day full of activities. The couch opens up into a full sized bed allowing for a comfortable sleeping arrangement. BATHROOM The light and bright newly renovated bathroom has shower, vanity with mirror/storage and commode. Basic amenities are included (see list).tor, microwave, stove (2 burner), coffee maker, toaster, cooking pans & utensils, dishes, flatware & glassware. The ceiling fan provides for comfortable meals at its eat-in kitchen counter. COMMON AREA This space is open to the kitchen and provides additional seating for meals or relaxation after a day full of activities. Basic amenities are included (see list). Guest access You will have complete access to the property 24/7. However, note that the apartment is part of a condominium building with other rental units. Please be courteous and refrain from loud noises after hours as you use the common areas. Important, the apartment is on the second floor of the property and has no elevator!!!!! Other things to note UPDATE - We are comply with all CDC and Airbnb guidance in disinfecting the apartment to make it a save stay for you. Also we are providing disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer and disposable masks for your use during your stay. Please observe social distancing guidelines. Now the property has an emergency generator good to manage lights, fans, and the a/c if required. This will help your stay be more comfortable in the case we have any power failures!!!! In the rare event that the power failure is longer than 8 to 9 hrs, we will need to follow a strict generator schedule. Mainly power will be available at night only (if the power failure is drastic). While the generator is in use (on) microwave, stove, coffeemaker, hairdryer (or other resistance appliances) CAN NOT BE USED!!!!! This will trip the generator and shut it down. This apartment is part of a condominium. As such, I ask you to be considerate of the neighbors and refrain from loud music/TV. Also, the property shares the solar water heater with the other tenants, please be conscious as you use the hot water when showering...we would not like anyone showering with cold water....Washer available on the premises for a moderate cost (coin operated washer). The apartment is on the second floor of the property and there is no elevator!!!!!! In case of a Power Outage - The property has a brand new an emergency generator. This generator will power your apartment’s lights, fridge, fan, tv and a/c. in case of a power outage. It will not be able to handle the cook top, microwave, or hair dryer. Also please refrain in using the toaster, coffee maker or any hair styling equipment (curlers, hair dryer, etc.) since these equipment works with high heat resistance and will trip the generator. If tripped, the generator will not start immediately!!!!! Bear in mind that you are sharing the generator with the rest of the property tenants…please be conscious in following these rules in order for everyone enjoy the use of the generator!!!!!! If the power outage is longer than 5 hours, we will have to ration the use of the generator. This means that we will turn the generator on at 6:00 pm and turn it off at 7:00 am (in case the power outage continues).
