A private room means you may live in a house with others but have your own bedroom. I am hosting the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom condominium in a gated community with a swimming pool. First floor houses the kitchen and living space. Second floor has the 2 bedrooms one of which is for the host. The second bedroom with a private bathroom rented out to the guests. You can use the kitchen to make simple breakfast. Just clean your dishes after use. My place is to be seen as a budget friendly stay. The space Closest to the world famous Gracebay beach, just at around 5 mins walking distance. 5 mins away from salt mills plaza and the Dannybouys. Closest to the restaurants like grouper, fresh catch, Bella Luna, lupos, Osteria, Castaway, Bay Bistro and many more. At walkable distance are the Gracebay car rentals, bicycles and scooter rentals. Scotia bank ATM and first Caribbean bank with their ATM are open even on Sunday's. Private gym in salt mills plaza. Also close enough to beaches, seven stars, Ritz Carlton and many other resorts. Guest access A mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster is in the room for your use. Kitchen can be used to make simple breakfast. Make sure to wash the dishes you have used. Drinking water can be refilled from the dispenser on the breakfast counter. Kindly note, my place is for travelers , who are on budget and are travellust/wanderlust people. Air condition will be turned on only during the night. Other things to note We use USD as the sole currency, and we advise to exchange your currency before coming. Power outlets & plugs are just like in the States. European & South American visitors need to get their converters/ adapters. We drive on the left as in the UK, but we have some crazy drivers. Be careful. Highly recommend getting Sky Pass on weekends, not recommended on weekdays. This will help you bypass the EXTREMELY long and winding lines to get through Immigration (if you’re arriving on a Saturday). After clearing immigration, you then have to literally find your checked bags. All of the airlines put all of the bags together, there is no organization. After getting bags, Sky Pass will again get you to the front of the next line for customs. We do our best to be as environmentally friendly as we can. Being on a small island , water is very precious, please help us by being mindful of your water consumption. It is up to your discretion but we highly recommend you to bring reef friendly sunscreen as chemicals found in sunscreen have a huge impact on the health of the corals and all marine life ! Thank you for helping us keeping our reef healthy ! Smoking is not allowed inside the property, although you are free to smoke outside, as long as remains are carefully discarded . Thank you. We also offer pick up and drop off to the airport at $30 per trip. We also have two bicycles for rental, at $10 per cycle per day. We also offer our Suzuki swift car for rental at $60 per day.
