LINEN NOT PROVIDED - please see details in below description STORMBIRD RETREAT is a modern 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, within walking distance to beach, shops and hotel. Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas stove top, dining, lounge with TV, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Main bedroom with ensuite and TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, bedroom 4 also has a TV, main bathroom with vanity, shower over bath, separate w/c, laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer. Under cover deck with outdoor setting, hooded gas BBQ and TV.  Plenty of room for parking and the boat. Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities. Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 2 singles. No smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond PLEASE NOTE: There is a $300 refundable bond that will be added to your booking.
