It is only a few meters to the long and wide sandy beach and the beach promenade, 300 m to the train station of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz and only about 500 m to the pier, town center and the Kurhaus. All apartments have a balcony (except apartment 06, 22 + 38), free Wi-Fi and an underground parking lot (entrance height 2.10 m) in the house. There is an elevator in the house. A large, lockable bicycle room is located behind the underground garage. On the ground floor of the house is a physiotherapy practice. (Appointment necessary). In the side area of the house there is the independent pastry shop & bakery Torteneck. There you will get breakfast and very tasty cakes. No bun sale out of the house! You will find a bike rental near the house at the train station.
