There is 2 x Adult Kayak and 2 x small adult/Child kayaks (up to 60kg), which can be easily launched down a ramp 20 meters left of the property. SLEEPING CONFIGURATION: A small Master Bedroom is air-conditioned and has a Queen bed with topper for extra comfort and en-suite bathroom. Air-conditioned Second Bedroom - has a double bed. (which only one side of the bed can be accessed - see pics). The double bed has a single bunk bed over the top of it (Bunk bed - access to and size only only suitable for children). Second bathroom- is located conveniently opposite the second bedroom with bath and shower. It also has a washing machine, dryer and laundry sink concealed in cabinetry. CAR PARKING Undercover carport – is conveniently located immediately outside the front door for easy access, loading and unloading. Guest parking is also available onsite. Boat parking is available opposite the property on-street (extra wide). This property is suitable for a family of up to 5.
