The space At this time the safety of our community and our guests are is our number one priority, hence cleaning of the property is being fully sanitised in accordance with the government guidelines following a specific COVID-19 sanitising checklist. Additionally, there is a separate TV room with a lounge, DVD player/DVD library for cosy family viewing or ideal for creating some kid only space. KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine (Nescafe compatible pods) with welcome supplies of assorted tea and coffee. OUTDOOR: Step out of the lounge/dining area onto the large outdoor alfresco area for 180-degree uninterrupted water views. Enjoy your stunning sunset at the six-seater outdoor dining table, with BBQ. No need to pack the kids up and drive anywhere with the calm clear waters of Corlette Beach only 200 meters away. 4 COMPLIMENTARY FAMILY KAYAKS are for your private use supplied with Life jackets, of varying sizes. There is 2 x Adult Kayak and 2 x small adult/Child kayaks (up to 60kg), which can be easily launched down a ramp 20 meters left of the property. SLEEPING CONFIGURATION: A small Master Bedroom is air-conditioned and has a Queen bed with topper for extra comfort and en-suite bathroom. Air-conditioned Second Bedroom - has a double bed. (which only one side of the bed can be accessed - see pics). The double bed has a single bunk bed over the top of it (Bunk bed - access to and size only only suitable for children). Second bathroom- is located conveniently opposite the second bedroom with bath and shower. It also has a washing machine, dryer and laundry sink concealed in cabinetry. CAR PARKING Undercover carport – is conveniently located immediately outside the front door for easy access, loading and unloading. Guest parking is also available onsite. Boat parking is available opposite the property on-street (extra wide). This property is suitable for a family of up to 5. SUNSET@CORLETTE is ideal for couples wanting a romantic getaway, providing modern and very private accommodation. Or take a hike into Nelson Bay by the waters’ edge and beach.
