This newly renovated loft is three blocks from F&M Bank Arena, River Walk, across the street from APSU, and minutes to Clarksville’s finest restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, museums, and art galleries! Walk or ride the provided Bicycles around the scenic downtown area! Less than 15 miles to Fort Campbell and just 45 miles to downtown Nashville! The space It has all the amenities of home, including a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig Duo coffee maker. It also has a washer & dryer, high speed internet, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, iron & board, and hair dryer. Additionally, we provide comfy mattresses, high count bedding, designer decor and furniture you won’t find at most rentals! Board games are provided for leisure use and bicycles are provided upon request to explore Downtown during your stay. Outside there’s a balcony with table and chairs. Unit is professionally cleaned before each guest. Parking is free of charge in the dedicated rear parking lot and on-street parking along McClure St. Welcoming snacks and drinks are provided. An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests: *Kitchen includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. *Bathrooms each include: 2 rolls of toilet paper. *Bath towels you will receive: 1 body towel & 1 washcloth per guest. 1 hand towel & 1 makeup washcloth per bathroom. 2 washing machine pods. UNIT LOCATED ON 3RD FLOOR; note there is no elevator, stair access only. **CAN ACCOMMODATE MULTIPLE FAMILIES WITH SISTER PROPERTIES IN SAME COMPLEX OR OTHERS NEARBY** Also Mid-term and Long-term stay availability. You will receive your custom door code and all check-in information by 2pm local on the day of check-in. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies. Other things to note Check-in is after 4pm Check-out is before 11am Requests: Once a request is received by the host, the request will be fulfilled within 24 hrs. Afterhours requests will be resolved the following day.
