We offer a complete 220 m2 chalet, ideally located 5 minutes from the family ski resort of Plaine Joux, 10 minutes from the ski area of Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc, and 15 minutes from Chamonix or Megève. You also have a magnificent view of the Mont-Blanc chain and the Fiz chain. The chalet has very quick access to ski resorts in winter, many hiking or mountain biking trails in summer, as well as exceptional sunshine! The space The chalet includes a large living room, a kitchen, 3 large luxurious suites of more than 35 m2, and an executive suite of 21 m2, all of which can accommodate up to 15 people. Each suite or room has its own shower room with toilet (4* Service). Linens and towels are provided in the service. You also have a veranda with a heated umbrella overlooking a garden in which a high-end Spa for 6 people is available (Optional). The veranda area is fully furnished with a seating area and dining room table. Guest access The chalet is available for your private and exclusive use. The common areas of the chalet are reserved for you and include a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, central steam iron, fridge and freezer in addition to those in the kitchen, wine cellar. A ski room with electric boot dryer is also available. You can enjoy a seating area with TV and sound bar, and board games are also available. The chalet has 4 private parking spaces including 3 covered as well as a simple socket for charging an electric vehicle. Special equipment can be set up upon request: child protection, baby cots, child chair... Other things to note Located in the center of the small town of Plateau d'Assy, the chalet enjoys all the local shops: Bakery-Pastry, Supermarket, Catering, Pharmacy, Medical Center. Shuttle service can be requested (Airport - Stations) and a regular bus line is also accessible directly from the chalet. Many services can be provided at the chalet (Home Cook, Massage, etc.) or are accessible nearby (Hiking or snowshoeing with Private Guide, Sled Dog Ride, Paragliding, Tree Climbing, etc.). A digital welcome book is available upon arrival and includes useful information about the operation of the chalet and useful addresses around the chalet.
