You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place in Ipoh. Our place is located in the middle of Ipoh Town. Within 3-10 minute walking distance or short driving distance to numerous famous foods, wall mural art, and many attraction places. A FREE and secured private parking is provided in the same building. There are public parking available at basement with charges RM3 per entry for your additional vehicle. Check-in time : 3pm Check-Out time : 11am The space This is a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully furnished unit. Room 1 (Master Bedroom) - Queen size bed (for 2 pax) - Air-conditioner room. - Attached bathroom equipped with water heater and basic toiletries (body & hair shampoo and hair conditioner ) - Bath towel provided. Room 2 - Queen size bed (for 2 pax). - Bath towel provided. - Air- conditioner room. - EXTRA 1 set of single bed (for additional 1 pax) ONLY PROVIDED if you are booking for 5 persons - EXTRA 1 set of single floor foldable mattress (for additional 2nd pax) ONLY PROVIDED if you are booking for 6 persons Pantry provided bowl, spoon, folk, cup and water dispenser with normal & hot drinking water. We do provide free Wi-Fi, Television, washing machine, towel, hair dryer, iron & iron board, water dispenser, and one secure private parking in the building. Guest access All accesses in the building are controlled by access card. Guests are allowed to enter the facilities as below, Ground floor - Mailbox area Level 4 - Parking Area Level 7 - Facilities such as swimming pool, table tennis (only table provided), sauna, reflexology path, public sitting area, children playground etc. Level 21 - Sky garden & sky bridge for Ipoh City sceneries The building management's guide, for the usage of swimming pool, guests are strictly require to wear proper swimming attire as shown in the photo area. Other things to note HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS House rules & regulations are apply to all our guests. We reserved the right to deny admission or to request guest who has been admitted to leave the place without refund or compensate if the guest fail to comply any of these rules and regulations, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure the safety, security or order, or if we feel that the circumstances so require. Check-in time : from 3pm onwards Check-out time : before 11am Any early check in & late check out subject to availability and early request shall be made. LAST MINUTES REQUEST IS STRICLY NOT APPLICABLE. Charges for late check out RM30 per hour (upon approval by the host). And if more than 2 hours late check out will be charges at full day rate. Kindly stay with respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10pm and before 8am. Once being reported, the management will send security on duty to knock the door. Door being knock for twice, the management will lodge a report to the local authority. NO PARTY ALLOWED. To maintain the comfort of living experience for all our guests, NO SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED in the premises. Durian or any food causes bad smell are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the premises. Once found, PENALTY RM100 will be imposed. Access card(s) and key(s) loss or damaged, RM100 per set will be charges on guest. Any item found loss or damage will be bear by the guest. Kindly take good care on every item in the homestay as like you treat your own property. Upon check- out , kindly : 1) make sure all the electrical appliances are SWITCH OFF before leaving. 2) wash the used kitchen utensils before leaving. 3) Well pack the rubbish before leaving. 4) double check your belonging before leaving. After leaving the homestay, kindly EXIT VEHICLE before placing back the access card into the unit mailbox. Remember to send us the photo of returning key to prevent any miscommunication regarding key misplace. Have a pleasant stay with us.
