It is a building of 2000 with a design in keeping with the architecture of the island as well as a decoration. It consists of two volumes, one main ground floor and 1st floor and another pavilion called downstairs. These volumes are connected by a porch with wonderful views to the Mediterranean, it is the most crowded part of the house, especially guaranteed continuous breeze on hot summer days Downstairs master volume is the kitchen, a laundry room, a toilet and a large living room with fireplace. On the first floor the master bedroom, bed 1.80 mx 2.00 m. and a double bedroom with twin beds. Both share a large terrace with sea views and a generous bathroom.
