The Condo is Just minutes from both El Yunque Rainforest and Luquillo Beach, this modern Condo with an ocean view is facing the Northeast ecological corridor. It is perfect for adventurers seeking outdoor fun, and couples desiring a romantic getaway. Here you’ll be able to sit on a balcony overlooking the ocean with a glass of wine. The space This is a 1500 square foot open floor plan modern apartment with 3 bedrooms. The complex has a commercial generator that powers everything including elevators, this is very important when choosing accommodation’s on this island, few places on the island offer this. There is a lockbox for guests to check themselves into the residence. The condo is fully stocked with linens, towels, and an ironing board. The kitchen has a microwave, 2 coffee machines (Keurig and drip), toaster oven, and a stove. There is a full assortment of kitchenware: pots, pans, glasses, knives, silverware, 6 beach chairs and a small and large Cooler. The living area and the master bedroom each have their own 55 inch smart TV, as well as wi-fi access with high speed internet (400 MBPS), Televisions have some streaming channels, Netflix and Peacock included. There are USB fast charging stations in all bedrooms, There is Air conditioning in living area, kitchen and all bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. Luquillo beach (the cover Photo) is about a mile and a half away and El Yunque Rainforest just 15 minutes away, this is a prime location. There are many great restaurants in the area. Old San Juan and the airport are just 40 minutes away. (Codes are given to guests prior to check in.) *The Master Bed room has a Handicap Accessible Shower. It has a Generator and Water Cistern. It has a Shared ocean view pool but rarely crowded.
