This is a 175 sqm vacation home - on a 1250 sqm property, completely renovated in 2020. Spacious and luxurious. Fireplace + Finnish sauna included. 1.8 km walk through the forest to a stunning beach. The house is located on the island of Wolin (west coast of the Polish Baltic Sea), directly on Wolin National Park. Central heating throughout the house included in the price + additional fireplace including firewood 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. 1 guest toilet on the first floor. The space The rooms are very nicely furnished (very comfortable beds, dressers + enough hangers for your wardrobe). One table + two desks. Good layout of the rooms, very bright. In the kitchen you will find everything you need in the kitchen ;-): a 4-burner induction stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, Italian espresso maker + enough dishes and cutlery (also cooking pots and pans for a large family or group of friends). The new extension - 40 square meters - is like an aquarium - glazed on 3 sides, from the fourth side - connected to the old part of the house. Open construction - lots of light and sun. All 3 large windows are provided with electric blinds. In the small living room/lounge with huge windows to the garden there is a fireplace, 1 modern, large TV + a sofa + 3 armchairs. The small SPA cottage: Finnish sauna for up to 6 people. 2 showers next to it Use of the sauna is included in the price. What's really great about this house is the huge garden facing southwest (the property is 1,200 square meters) with a campfire place, a large covered summer dining area, a grill, a fish smoking place (if you know how to operate it ;-) Here you can really relax. Wi-Fi (flat rate) for the guests: free. A parking space for 3 cars - right in front of the house (the whole property is fenced). Additional free parking - on the street, right in front of the house. Bed linen/towels are provided by the landlord and are included in the price. A maximum of 10 adults can stay in the house. There is a children's bunk bed for 2 children. (full 200 x 90 cm mattresses - an adult could sleep downstairs if NECESSARY - the upper bed is quite low, however). So 10 adults + 1 child are max. possible The house is ideal for a large family, 2-3 friendly families/couples. 1.8 km to the beach through the forest. The house is located on the island of Wolin (west coast of the Polish Baltic Sea), in a holiday home settlement about 1.5 km from the village center of Wiselka, directly on the Wolin National Park. Attention - last 1 km access on a bad, unpaved road - especially in autumn/winter and in the rain. 45 min. drive from Szczecin Goleniow Airport 1 hour drive from Szczecin 2.5-3 hour drive from Berlin 1 km to the Amber Baltic Golf Club. The manageable center of Wiselka with many small shops, cafes and restaurants is 1.5 km away (a nice walk through the forest or on a protected sidewalk along the highway leads there). The star hotel "Villa Park" in Wiselka - with its excellent restaurant and wellness center - is also 1.5 km away and is open all year round. Misdroy (Miedzyzdroje) is 10 km away. The small lighthouse KIKUT - the second smallest in Poland but - the highest on the Polish Baltic Sea coast - can be found after a 25-minute walk through the forest. The Wolin National Park begins not far from the front door. You no longer have to cross a busy road. This park (with very interesting ice age formations - small hills, valleys) - these are old beech trees, blueberries, romantic forest clearings, then closer to the beach: pine trees - a total of an approx. 1.8 km long walk through a fairytale forest to the beach (fascinating in every season). Sometimes you wonder what is more beautiful here: the beach or the forest... Thanks to the national park, which protects the Baltic Sea coast like a natural belt at this point, you will find one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches. Wide, far, white sand and even in the summer months of July-August, there is guaranteed to be plenty of space (we have always been able to play football on the beach in the height of summer). No "tightly packed" lying, plenty of air, plenty of space in all seasons! In Wiselka you will also find a beautiful swimming lake. 500 m from the house there are 2 more lakes where you can fish. Great routes for joggers in the surrounding forests. Guest access You rent the entire house for yourself. There are no other guests on the premises.
