IMPORTANT DETAILS: - Guests must submit an ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule - Minimum Age requirement to rent this property is 25 years old - Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines including sorting and rolling garbage & recycling to and from the curb during their stay. - Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted - Furniture and added amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner - This is a non-smoking property - EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each. Guest access Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. There is a locked closet inside the house that is off-limits to all guests. Garage is not available for guest use, this is locked and off limits, please note there is plenty of space for guest to park there vehicles in the driveway.
