On the UPPER FLOOR which we access via interior stairs, we will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with en-suite bathtub and access to the terrace, ideal for sunbathing. EXTERIOR: Beautiful outdoor area with a communal swimming pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. There is parking on the same plot for one vehicle.
