Semicircular Black Bamboo wore makeup by a single warm light in the middle, gives the whole space an ambience of simpleness and "WA". Another attractive point is the Craft Open Air Bath made by Kyoto local carpenter with garden view. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request it. ★4. ◾️Luggage Storage◾️ Luggage storage at the property is available from 11:30 a.m. on your check-in day. (The entry code will become active from 11:30 a.m. on the check-in day.) If you would like to store your luggage before 11:30 a.m. on your check-in day, you may leave your luggage at our office. Please contact us in advance if you would like to use this service. ※Luggage storage after check-out is not available. Please use station lockers or luggage storage services. (The entry code will become invalid at 11:00 a.m. on your check-out day.) ★5. Cleaning is carried out from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the check-in day. If cleaning is completed earlier, early check-in may be available. ★6. ◾️Guest Registration Form◾️ According to Kyoto City’s accommodation regulations, foreign guests who do not have an address in Japan are required to provide their nationality and passport number in the guest registration record. Therefore, all guests staying at the property are required to provide the following information in the registration form: ・Full name・Address・Date of birth・Passport number・Email address To ensure accurate information, please upload a photo of your passport or provide a copy for verification. ★7. ◾️Check-in Process◾️ 10 days before your check-in date, we will send you the guest registration form. Completing the form in advance helps shorten the confirmation process on the check-in day and allows for a smoother check-in experience. According to Kyoto City’s accommodation regulations, identity verification and an explanation of the house rules are required on the check-in day. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Our staff will be waiting at the property according to your arrival time to complete the identity verification and explain the house rules. After the identity verification and house rule explanation are completed, we will send you the entry code for the accommodation. You may then enter the property and begin your stay. ★8. This is a traditional Japanese house with stairs. Please take extra care if traveling with children or elderly guests. The shoji screens and windows are made with traditional materials such as paper and old wood, so please handle them with care. ★9. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please smoke only in the designated smoking area. ★10. Open flames are strictly prohibited on the property. Please do not use fireworks, bonfires, or any similar items. ★11. Shoes are not allowed indoors. Please use the slippers provided inside the house. ★12. All areas are available for your use except those marked “Staff Only.” This is a private whole-house rental, so there is no need to share any space with other guests.
