You will be staying in the historic downtown Copenhagen just around the corner from the King’s Garden, an all-time favourite park among locals. This listing is a licensed short term rental. A tour of the place Take the elevator all the way to the top floor. You enter directly into a large and dining, lounging and kitchen area that offers plenty of space for all of you to hang out, cook and dine together. It’s decorated with a large corner sofa, a large dining table and a full kitchen with everything you need. The common area also has access to all five bedrooms. One bedroom has a kingsize bed (180x200 cm). Four bedrooms have double beds (180x200 cm) that split into single beds if you prefer. All the rooms have windows and ceiling fans as well as convenient power outlets and USB plugs by the beds. The apartment has two full and spacious bathrooms. It even has a make-up space with a large mirror and great light – perfect for preparing for a fun night out in Copenhagen. The building has the highest eco-certification (A15) and we don't use any single use plastics. Other things to note Please note that it is an old historical building with a charming old style elevator in the building. Due to the age, the elevator is sensitive and can brake down /be out of order easier. Therefore it is not recommended to stay with walking difficulties in this unit. Please be aware that from weeks 13 to 15 (2025), the building's elevator will undergo some renovations. This may result in some noise in the stairwell during working hours. However, a service elevator will remain available for guests to use during this period.
