The space • Main Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen with Ensuite bathroom. • Additional Bedrooms (Upstairs): Two additional queen bedrooms, sharing a full bathroom. • Converted Garage: Ground floor bedroom with two queen beds and an electric fireplace. • Additional Sleeping Options: Two queen-sized floor mattresses • Pack ‘n Play and High Chair available for little ones. • Dining: Seats four at the dining table with additional seating for six on the patio. Living room available for eating in too. • Free laundry available Please note that this house was originally a three bedroom. As such, the living room and dining room space are designed for a smaller house. By adding in the garage bedroom, this house can now sleep more people, but the dining room can only seat four at a time. There is additional back patio table which can seat another six. And guests are also welcome to eat in the living room. There’s a fenced backyard with a patio and a charcoal grill. There are multiple TVs in the house. They are all ROKUs, so they are set up to use Netflix, Hulu, etc, using your own accounts. There is not live TV through a cable service. There are train tracks nearby, that you may hear in the middle of the night. Guest access Parking and Accessibility: • Driveway: Space for two cars. • On-street Parking: Free, unreserved additional spaces.
