BREATH-TAKING VIEW!!! Private, wooded, quiet neighborhood. Home built into the hillside providing a 180 degree view of the Smokey Mountains from sunrise to sunset! Hundreds of hike/bike trails, water falls and lakes 5 to 45 miles away. Downtown Brevard celebrates local artists, restaurants & businesses. Minutes to Ridge Haven and the Wilds summer camps, Brevard (15 min), Hendersonville (35 min), 44 min to Asheville Airport, 1 hr 9 min to Greenville, SC, 1 hour to Clemson Football games. The space The comfy & cozy floorpan provides a large Master bedroom upstairs with a private bath with walk-in shower & French door view of the mountains. The smaller bedroom consists of a twin trundle that can be raised to the level of the other twin to make a king-sized sleeping arrangement (or kept as as set of twins). There is a half bath just outside of the room. Den upstairs has gas logs, smart TV equipped with a Firestick, and one entire wall of glass French doors so you can see the world!! Large well-stocked kitchen filled with cookware, dining ware, glasses, small appliances, spices, coffee, tea, and sugar. Ceiling is vaulted and open to the large dining area. Table seats 12, if needed. Bar holds an additional four diners. Laundry room with all supplies necessary for washing is just around the corner. Screened in porch and deck with gorgeous view of the mountains spans the length of the house. Outside, a propane fire pit (and tabletop heater) provides warmth and ambiance for those chilly nights. Downstairs (baby gate installed) is the spacious game room with slate pool table (ping pong and air hockey toppers available), smart TV (DVD/VCR players) & enough floor space for those little sleeping bag guests. To the right is a king bedroom with a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) just around the corner. On the other side of the game room is the 4th bedroom hosting two queen-sized beds and a private half bath. The bottom floor also provides a peek into the mountain range from the glass French doors. Deck for relaxing just outside. NOTE: All mattresses are top-quality and very comfortable! Soft sheets, plush towels, extra blankets, pillows, fans and heaters in each room for your individual comfort. Guest access Guests are allowed use of the entire house... 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, kitchen, dining, den, game room, deck, porches. There are a couple of closets and the garage that are set aside for owner storage. Other than those, the house is for your use. Other things to note There is a trail only minutes (8 min) from the house for hiking. It's the backside of Gorge's State park. The front side is in Sapphire which is about 25 minutes away. Sapphire Ski Resort is about 21 miles away with skiing, snowboarding, tubing in winter months. In summer months, there are TONS of parks, hiking trails, rafting/tubing/fishing experiences waiting to be had!!
