It is an ideal house for families, due to its tranquility and its exceptional location: it is only a few meters walk from the historic center of Pollença, which makes it very convenient to move to its restaurants and supermarkets and close to best beaches of Mallorca. The space Villa Pont Roma de Pollença is a beautiful country house located on a farm with a fantastic exterior, lawn, fruit trees and a fenced 8 x 4 meter pool with breathtaking mountain views. It is an ideal home for families due to its tranquility and exceptional location: it is just a few meters from the historic center of Pollença, which makes it very convenient for visiting restaurants and supermarkets, and a few kilometers from the best beaches in Mallorca, such as Cala San Vincente, Puerto de Pollença, Puerto de Alcudia or Playa de Muro, all of which are located 15 minutes away by car, at the foot of Serra de Tramuntana. The villa is built on the ground floor and was designed with the comfort of guests in mind, with all the elements to enjoy a perfect vacation and a very homey atmosphere. This 6-person villa consists of three rooms: one room with a double bed and two rooms with separate beds. All of them are air-conditioned. The house has two bathrooms, one in the main house and one in the adjacent area next to the barbecue. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a dining room and a living room with a soft corner, satellite TV and WIFI. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace, where we find an open dining room filled with the light of the Mediterranean Sea, in front of the pool and overlooking the mountains. The 8 x 4 meter pool is fully fenced for greater safety of children and peace of mind of parents. Around the pool there is a lawn, and on one side there is the whole territory of fruit trees, which offer us the pleasure of picking fruit directly from the tree. At the back we find a small additional building with a fantastic indoor barbecue, bathroom and a fantastic gazebo under the porch where you can enjoy fantastic evenings.
