Enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating on the lake, or simply relax and take in the natural surroundings. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for a fun-filled night roasting marshmallows under the stars. Our rental is the ideal getaway for anyone seeking a break from the busyness of daily life and a chance to connect with nature. This 3 bedroom 1 bath lake home contains all the amenities needed to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Located on a private lake, wake up to a gorgeous sunrise, or close the evening with a camp fire and smores. The lake does not allow motor boats, so this is the perfect location for the kids to swim, kayak, fish and not worry about larger boats. The home comes equipped with grill, board games, fire wood, lawn games and full kitchen. This location is in the woods of Maine on a private lake. Please be aware you will see wild life and animals within nature. Although the property does have complimentary Wi-Fi, the connection is not always reliable. Please be prepared when coming to this home. This will not be the ideal location to stream movies/games or have zoom calls. This is the perfect location to disconnect, recharge and reconnect with family. Guests will have private access to the home, with no shared spaces. There will be owners closets locked, only available to the homeowner. Additionally, there are kayaks and a canoe owned by the homeowner. These can be used if guests sign waivers. This house is located in a very rural area on a private lake. Enjoy the lake and serenity of nature during your stay. Although there is plenty to do on the lake and and property. To get to restaurants, stores and grocery stores at least a 10 min drive is required. There is parking available for 3 average sized vehicles, but no additional parking on street. The access road to the property is a single lane private dirt road. Bookings during the summer (July and August) are 7 days only from Saturday check-in at 4PM to Saturday check-out ate 10AM for the summer. Bookings are available with 3 day minimum in Spring and Fall. Although there is Wi-Fi, it is limited. Since it's satellite Wi-Fi, the performance does decrease in rain or high humidity. The Livingroom TV has a Firestick with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, Vudu, HBO Max and NBA TV all logged into and available to stream, but streaming isn't always reliable.
