From the living room, an arched corridor conducts to two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower and direct access from the outside. This area also comprises a veranda hosting two single joinable beds, one additional double bedroom and a bathroom with shower with double access. The fourth double bedroom, reachable through 3 steps, is located on the left side of the living room. The panoramic wooden platform has been set up as a sunbathing area, equipped with sunbeds, sofas and small tables. Going back up to the house you come to the beautiful pool, centrally located, and further on, near the porch entrance to the living room with satellite TV and dining table, is an exotic wooden gazebo complete with sofas, dining area and a kitchen equipped with cooktop, wood oven, barbecue, dishwasher, satellite Tv and ice machine. The property has an automatic entrance gate and a video surveillance system. The two-car covered parking area stands at the end of the internal driveway, near the entrance to the villa. Outside the gate there is a third car seat. Swimming Pool Four steps lead down into the unevenly-shaped, large infinity pool which has an area of 110 sq m with the depth varying from 60 cm to 2,50 m. This disparity in depth is caused by two internal ledges of different heights. On one of the ledges is set a delightful underwater armchair in granite. The pool, bordered on one side by granite boulders, is lined with ivory-toned resin cement. The surrounding solarium area, paved with natural terracotta tiles, is equipped with double and single sunbeds and a solar shower.
