2 - The approximately 70 sqm vacation home can accommodate up to 6 people. It stretches over 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, an open kitchen and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor which you can reach via an open staircase. Direct access to the completely fenced garden with terrace and barbecue fireplace completes the picture. The space The open kitchen adjacent to the living area with the dining area is equipped with - a ceramic cooktop - Oven - Dishwasher - 40L freezer - large refrigerator - Toaster - Coffee maker and NespressoVertuo capsule machine - Electric kettle - sufficient utensils and dishes provided. The large living room has direct access to the terrace. It is equipped with a large flat screen TV, radio and CD/DVD player. For the little ones, there are some DVDs, books and games. The two bedrooms are upstairs and have a small balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed - there is also a sofa bed on which two people can comfortably sleep. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds. The bathroom has a shower. The garden of the vacation home is completely fenced with an approx. 80 cm high fence. Garden furniture and a fireplace grill are provided for free. Due to the southern orientation, the terrace and garden have sun almost all day. Guest access The whole house Other things to note Attention: for insurance reasons, toddlers 0-2 years old also count towards the maximum number of people - so they may not be counted additionally. Infants are also charged €15/night/child
