Please note that Bedroom 2 is accessed via Bedroom 1, with the ensuite situated in the hallway connecting the two rooms. A door between them ensures privacy for all guests. Stay cosy with central heating throughout the house, complemented by natural gas and electric heaters, plus electric blankets on all beds for those crisp mountain nights. FIREWOOD SEASON • 1st April - 31st October. • During firewood season, a starter pack of firewood, kindling, firelighters, and matches is provided for your first night. • Additional firewood and supplies can be purchased locally from petrol stations. ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE • Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity for charging your electric car. • There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately. • Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay. • There is no dedicated EV port at the property. • Guests will need to bring an extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the property’s electricity supply. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house and property. Other things to note 9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW • For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas. • We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours. IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY • This property is exclusively for registered guests. • It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission. NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY • We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. • As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund. CANCELLATION POLICY • Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. • Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. • COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. • Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
