Villa Vernazza is located in the hills of Castelnuovo, near the Cinque Terre and Versilia, and is the perfect place for your next group or family vacation! It can comfortably accommodate 10 people thanks to its 5 suites, each with a private bathroom, a large outdoor area with a private pool, and a panoramic terrace with sea views. It is also ideal for children thanks to its equipped play area, table tennis, and table football. The space Perfect for visiting the nearby Cinque Terre, the characteristic villages of Portovenere and Lerici on the Gulf of Poets, the Tuscan cities of art such as Pisa, Lucca, and Florence, or for finding peace and quiet by the pool. Villa Vernazza is located on the hills of Sole and surrounded by a large park of oak and olive trees that guarantees privacy and seclusion. Once you have parked your car in the large enclosed car park, you will be immersed in the atmosphere of the property with its many olive trees, plants, and flowers that embellish the garden. A short walk around the outside will make you think of days spent by the pool, barbecues, and dinners on the terrace. A short staircase leads into the house and the large living room with glass windows opens up before you, with seating for everyone to enjoy evenings together with a glass of wine. There is also a reading room with a library for those who love to read or watch a movie on TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the pots and pans you need for cooking and crockery for 10 people. If you wish, we can organize a dinner with a chef to sample the local food and wine. There are 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning. We provide towels and sheets for all guests, as well as toiletries. In the second living room, it is possible to add 2 more beds for a maximum of 12 people.
