The location in the Sycamore and Boyle Park neighborhood is in ideal walking distance to downtown Mill Valley, nearby shops, parks & restaurants. The cottage is in a very quiet location at the end of the property behind the main house, separated by a privacy fence with lush trees and bushes and with your own big private space for outdoor seating. Guests often describe the setting as very private and charming. Fast WIFI. This home has been recently remodeled and has a full kitchen, with gas stove, dishwasher and everything you need to feel at home. There is a lovely patio for your enjoyment and your own private gate/entrance. The bedroom has a super comfortable, king size bed and a spacious closet and the bathroom has a tub and a shower. This cottage is a five minute walk to the French bakery, La Marais. Which is a wonderful place for lattes and all of your meals. You are a ten minute walk to all of the wonderful things that the charming downtown Mill Valley has to offer. Which includes, shopping, restaurants, music, movie theater, bike paths, hiking and tons of other things to do. You are about 9 minutes to San Francisco and Tiburon and Sausalito are just a couple of miles away! Guests have access to a private, sunny garden area during their stay and their own private entrance.. If you need me, just let me know. I love the location. You can walk to music, dinner, shopping, the park, tennis, golf, the beach, Muir Woods, public transportation and so much more! San Francisco is just 9 miles away and thee is a brand new French restaurant/bakery one block away. There is a bus stop right down the street.
