Large three-room apartment with small terrace, two steps away from the Margherita Gardens, Duse Theater and in front of the historic "Cremeria Castiglione".The apartment, located on the first floor of a building without a lift, opens onto a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a modern dining table and a flat-screen TV; there is also access to a small terrace of 8 square meters. The independent kitchen with a gas stove is well equipped and provided with electronic appliances such as an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher and a kettle. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: the first comes with a queen size bed, a large wardrobe with four doors and a window, while the latter with a single bed, a wardrobe and a study desk. A bathroom with a bathtub, a hair dryer and a washing machine completes the apartment. At guests’ disposal there is also free Wi-Fi and heating.*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
